Marc B. Spiegel first participated in Hood To Coast in 2014 with the team Agony of Da Feet and has run the relay four times. His first book, co-authored with Art Garner, was the Amazon bestseller Indy 500 Memories: An Oral History of “The Greatest Spectacle in Racing.” He is a sports marketing and communications professional with more than 25 years of experience working with a variety of global brands. Art Garner is the award-winning author of the Amazon best-sellers Indy 500 Memories: An Oral History of “The Greatest Spectacle in Racing” (with Marc Spiegel) and Black Noon: The Year They Stopped the Indy 500. In 2014 Black Noon won the Motor Press Guild’s Book of the Year award and was a finalist for the 2015 ESPN/PEN award for literary sports writing.
